i've beaten her twice by using cqc and the shot gun combo that usually takes me about three minutes to kill her but i was wanting to know a faster way if there is any

First you should counter her CQC attack. Then shoot her in the head with Mosin Nagant or MK22 a few times before throwing her down with CQC. When she gets up, throw a stun grenade and repeat procedure from Mosin Nagant/MK22.

Well, firstly, The Boss outclasses Snake in CQC, so it’s best if you avoid tangling with her. The most effective way of beating her is probably to duck down in the long white grass, and equipped yourself with the Mosin Nagant. The long grass will provide you with the necessary cover, and you can then use the Mosin Nagant to pick her off whenever she appears. Note: You can usually find her hiding behind the trees.
